Mid 2017 Robmac released the Contractor Drive Unit

Designed and built by the Robmac team to replace the Toro component of the Harvester assembly.

This also gave the option to match it solely to the needs of a harvester.

This new drive unit utilises commercial grade components for better performance and long life.

With the option of ordering a complete turn key harvester assembly the factory at Alstonville has

been extended,tooled and in production to have machines in stock.

Track Drive Reduction Hubs

Increases low speed torque. Lowers hydraulic working pressure. Automatic engaged safety brakes.

Reduced Stalling

Direct Coupled Transmission Eliminates all drive belts, idlers and pulleys. Reduces pump shaft side load. Increased drive efficiency.

Transmission Cooler

Increases the life of all transmission components. ( hoses seals bearings ). Reduces high temperature torque losses.

Hydraulic Steering Control

Improves driver comfort & control. Eliminates control linkages & dampers.
